"Red light approaching stopped his movementToday at around 00.10 am or midnight, my family and I were in the west of the city of Monterrey, near the north side of the hill of Mithras outside a restaurant, suddenly notice a red light approaching from the north high with a straight and uniform to a height of 50 degrees which stopped his movement and was held in place for about 10 minutes then disappear.
