"Flying object following the Interatate.Between 8:00-8:15 P.M. I was traveling north on I-530 near Whitehall, Arkansas. This was near the Pine Bluff Arsenal. A grayish black 4x6 object was traveling in the median headed south at a high rate of speed exceeding 100 mph. The object appeared metallic and had no visible lights. It was flying just above the ground. I believe others on the Interstate saw it also because they applied their brake lights. "
