Witness Testimony

"Contrail line of 10 or more distinct, straight, sharp Z's then a craft appeared a distance above, then vanished.I was walking to work at around 6:30 am and I looked to the blue southern sky. In the middle of the sky was a contrail line that was comprised of no less than ten distinct, fine lined z's. These were very straight and sharp, there were no curves whatsoever. It appeared very fresh yet there was no craft to be seen anywhere. I thought it looked like the sky had a huge crack in it. I continued walking but also kept looking up to the contrail. Suddenly, a fair distance above the Z contrail a shiny oval shaped craft appeared and was leaving a much different trail behind it...almost looked like it was coming out of it (fairly high in the sky). It continued like this for about 20 seconds then vanished. It left behind a puffy very irregular cloud, like mentioned before much different from the one below it. I maintained my watch and after a minute or so I saw a shiny object which had not been present before. It appeared to be a star, but I had thought all morning stars ! had faded by that time. Not sure could have been a star...but it was in such close proximity to the fresh clouds that I had to wonder. "
