Witness Testimony

"Instant burst of circular lights turning into straight laser beams to a center light burst.I'm a trucker and was headed to Yuma, AZ about 2 am at the start of my shift (well rested). At about mile marker 64 on I-95 South, an extremely bright burst of white lights appeared then disappeared within a second. It appeared to be relatively close and positioned about 2 o'clock from my direction. The light burst was extremely bright and actually burned into my eye's like looking at the Sun then closing your eye's and you can still see it. Anyhow, it was a circle of small lights that instantly shot super bright laser type lights to the center forming a small center light burst then black. I thought maybe it was a military flare, but there was zero heat up, zero cool down and no residual smoke. Just instant on then off burst of light. It looked like the Star Wars type hyperspace special effects, except much shorter (instant). About 5 minutes later, it appeared again at about 3 o'clock (position) then one last time just slightly behind me. There is a miltita! ry proving ground about 20-30 south where I saw this. Is this some kind of military deal? "
