Witness Testimony

"White bright light like a headlight with a cloudy proyection though heaven was clear. It suddenly disspareared leaving just the bright fog.It was like a headlight very intense and foggy, proyecting light and a kind of fog. It should be very high and didnt move for a while, then it dissapeared. My sister saw it at the same time in Oaxaca city (600 km far from Valle de Bravo) The fog remained bright for a while untill it all vanished.((NUFORC: Sighting occurred at the same time an air-launch of a Pegasus missile occurred 70 miles to the southwest of Monterey, CA. The missile is reported to us to have been launched to the south, and we presume it would have been visible from parts of Mexico. Sighting may be explainable by that event.))"
