Witness Testimony

"on august 19th. @ 20:00 hrs. we witnessed an unidientified craft. It came to a complete stop for 10 seconds, then proceded to climb straight upward, stopped again for 10 sec. and proceded straight upward at a high rate of speed. Heading northeast and upward it raced completely out of sight.The craft was oval shaped and silver gleaming, and was at a very high attitude. Myself Randy and Jon witnessed this event on August 19, 1999, at 20:00. The craft came to a complete halt at a high altitude, and remained completely stationery for long enough for us to get out of the vehicle and looked at the object through a pair binoculars. It then proceeded at a high rate of speed straight up and again came to complete stop. It then started in a direction towards us overhead and upward gainin in altitude quickly northeast towards Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana. For a moment there was a small stream of white trailing behind the object. Within moments it disappeared into thin air. Even with high power binoculars the object was gone. It was broad daylight with a few light clouds, and we were on the northside of town along the Missouri River."
