We were standig in a very busy st in la Paz ,went someone pointet to the sky,and mention this dot flying .it stay higt in the sky for abut 6 to ten min and was moving in very fast and crasy way.then it disapaier((NUFORC Note: Witness asserts that the sighting occurred in La Paz, but report was submitted from Canada.
