"lights in carbbeani was on vacation at turks cacios islands in carbbeanaug 1 2002.looked out window to the west about 45degrees above horizon .saw btight light flash then progressive flashs in a counter clock wise movement. no sound. clear night clear view for several miles around . very strange!"
