Witness Testimony

"Bright hovering lightsWhile on the phone with a friend at approximatley 10:45 p.m., I looked to the east and in the sky was what appeared to be a UFO. It would move very slow then very rapidly and it would hover from time to time. My friend came over to my apartment and we watched it for the last couple of seconds that it was in the sky, because by the time she got there, it shot off in the sky. This WAS NOT a plane as it was not shaped like one. I couldn't make out what shape it was, but it was not a plane shape guaranteed. It had 2 or 3 lights on it that went around it in kind of a circular motion. It kind of went in a Z pattern in the sky hovering for a couple of seconds at each turn point. As if shot off, it went southeast into the sky."
