"Large sphere the size of an apartment building hovered over a remote desert community.Several first year students and their teacher reported seeing a large sphere that hovered over their gold mining town in the middle of the Kizilqum desert sometime in 1987. It was large (about the size of a small apartment building,) very bright and frightened everyone who witnessed it. Most ran and hid indoors until it left. Someone's mother took photographs, but burned them later because she feared they might bring an evil influence into her home.
