"well it was 8:30pm in kobe japan,when my son and i were looking at stars and saw a light .it look like the n star ,so i lookt for red flashing light like that of a plain that tell you the jet or propela is on but no red light.ufo was high i put my hand up a full 2 and a half ft in front of my face .it whent about 2 feet in about 1 min heading s/se before diming out it took about 3/4 sec to dim out and was still moving when diming .then it was gon."
