Witness Testimony
"Looking off balcony at night sky curious because of what I had witnessed in recent days. Noticed small streak of light like falling star followed by object that looked like a star began slowly moving accross sky. It was as if a star was at a stand still and then slowly started propelling off into the horizon. I was truly startled by this sight which also occured during Ramadan in this islamic country. I started asking the locals I was with if they knew what I may have seen, the only thing they could come up with was the possiblity that it was related to the religious time we were in."
