Witness Testimony

"White circular object with inner ring just north of Cuddeback dry lake bedOn Wedneday August 5th, I took a ride to Cuddeback dry lake bed near Red mountain California to see if the lake bed was exceptable to land my large radio controlled airplane on. After driving 7 miles on a dirt road, I finally reached the lake bed.Just as I was about to climb out of my truck, something caught my eye. About 200 feet high was an unmanned aircraft flying right over my truck in an eastward direction. It was all white with a high aspect ratio wing similar to the Global Hawk.I reached for my camera but it was too late, the plane was too far on the horizon.So, I climbed out of my truck to get some pictures of the lake bed and surrounding mountains.When I arrived at home later that day, I downloaded the pictures onto my computer and sent some to my friends. Later on in the night, I reviewed the pictures again and made a startling discovery. On one of the pictures, I scrolled up high in the sky and noticed something that at first looked like the moon. Then I zoomed in and it was a white ring with another ring inside it. I checked out another picture and saw the same object but it was farther away and farther to the west.The pictures are good quality and there are plenty of mountains and objects for reference.What is very strange is that I have never seen a UFO and never an unmanned aircraft but yet I saw both within about 2 minutes. Nearby is a military base."
