Witness Testimony

"yesterday around 7:45pm it got hazy due to what appeared to be a cold front coming in but didnt hear about it in the news. Again those high altitude jets kept passing leaving those long contrails of whatever it is they are leaving. It got late and even the moon looked hazy. About the time mentioned I was already waiting for any object to appear when it did, almost directly overhead at around 20 thousand feet or so. This happened after the jets had passed by. The object was there for about 2 minutes and as I adjusted my video camera to start recording..it disappeared. Just like that it vanished. Later in the evening I was loading some stuff in my truck and I rested my arms on the bed of the truck while facing in a northern direction wondering why the object had appeared only a short instance before. Again it was a bit hazy, low clouds but visibility was good. While staring in a norther direction, a light, or what appeared to be a headlight or as big as a headlight, yellowish/golden in color appeared within the low clouds like if thou someone just turned on the switch. This thing was huge. It looked like a golf ball size at arms length. Like a beam of light breaking the clouds coming at my direction, then it turned off, slowely, it began to disappear until it wasnt visible. The light was very near and very low I'd say around 1000 ft or less. Im directly in the flight path of planes landing at our airport and I know the flight path on final is 1000 feet lowering to 500 ft so this thing was in that ball park and it was huge. It did not reappear. "
