Witness Testimony

"Been seeing these orange lights for about 4 years now. Been about 6 months. But they've shown up 2 days in a row now. Watched these lights come on and off for about 35 minutes, we had 40mph winds that night. These lights didn't move they would come on and go off. Wasn't flares, pretty sure with 40mph sustained winds they would be blowing around. Was perfectly clear out, saw no planes in the area. They would come on then go off then about 5-10 minutes later came on again, was always a different pattern. The most we saw at one time were 6 lights in the sky, 3 of the lights were in one part of the sky and the other 3 were in another part of the sky, They both formed the same pattern in the sky except they were mirror images of each other. While watching these lights but not at the same time we saw a very brief white flash in the sky almost directly over us. Was nothing there to cause these flashes all we could see in the sky were stars. The flash happened twice. "
