Witness Testimony

"A friend and I where enjoying the night sky. Conditions where clear and the view of the cosmos was great. Timeframe was from about 1:30am to 4:30am C/T. We lay back on the hood of the car watching several meteors 5-20min apart. As we watched starlike balls of light moved throught the sky. not quite sure of altitude or speed, but if I were to guess I would say upper atmoshere or space and traveling at least 20 miles in about 5 seconds when not hovering. one appeared out of the star cluster then traveled north out of view. Another appeared about an hour later with similar but different properties in that the object luminated "glowing whitish blue". then when I pointed at it,"almost like it saw me camoflaged itself by almost totally decreasing its visability, but was still in view. the oject did this three times moving southwest. There was a third and fourth appearance a few hours later on stayed solid glow the other seeming more cautious towards revealing itself only putting off a dim glow with instances of "bright light"."
