Witness Testimony

"I was sitting in my Jeep Rubicon after getting back into the car from Academy Sports store. It's a typical suburbia mall (Michaels, Dollar Store, etc...). It was approx 7:00pm and starting to get dark at this point. I was looking out of the top/roof of my jeep. I JUST got this car & had the "Freedom Top" removed & i love to look out of it, etc... Well, I look up & i see what I think to be a bright star and/or planet. I was about to take out my iphone & use the Google star map app to see what it was. But then, the light started moving about. It moved slowly at first from a stationary position. Initially, I figured maybe it was an airliner or c-130. I am in the USAF and so is my husband. I am a JAG and he is a c-130 pilot. Then I thought to myself...that's way too high for a c-130 and a commercial plane would not fly that way. To be clear, it was very high up. From my perspective, it looked like a planet. But, when it moved, it would lurch forward 2 to 3 inches (so imagine you are looking at a star & it just moves 3 inches forward in the sky....but in actuality it is obviously a large distance). The light would take a zig zag type path; pause, and then move in an "L" pattern, pause, and then continue to move in random patterns. I watched it for a good 25-30 minutes. It was directly above my head so it started to hurt my neck after so long! I called my husband of course telling him what i saw. He said he recently saw a weather balloon while flying and it could be a weather balloon b/c the wind could move it in a certain way. I told him NO - this was not simply b/c of the distance the object moved.I took pictures of it with my iphone. I had to zoom all the way in & then take the pictures. Of course they are not very good b/c of the quality. I tried to take a video but I could not zoom with the video feature.I wanted to let you guys know & see if anyone else reported anything similar? thanks for taking the time to read this & please don't hesitate to contact me if you need any more info.Please note: The pictures are horrible quality. I had to zoom the cell phone to the max & it was still hard to see the object. I can attach them but it's hard to see it.Thanks."
