"Two families,about 10 or more persons can see the object fliyng at low altitud,we are preparing allthings for receive the happy new year,and sudenly appear in the horizont the object,i haved enough time for take my old videocassette camera and start to film the object.The enterely town can see the phenomenum..and several days later was in the local news paper.was on 31 December 1198 at 11: 47 p.m. in MESA CAVACAS TOWN near from GUANARE _ PORTUGUESA in Venezuela."
