"Started taping at a usual location north of Mankato. Probably saw fifty or so in a few hours. These watchers are plentiful. This is just common activity. It can be viewed by anyone from dusk until about midnight. They are manipulating the weather in a big way, and can be seen in broad daylight if you know what to look for. I am quite bored with them, but feel I need to keep documenting the activity, just in case the activity becomes more dire than it already seems. I would hope to be able to at least warn people, if the activity becomes more ominous. Please respond, If you are interested in investigating, as I have noticed an increase of low activity as of late. [YouTube Channel name removed/cm/tg]."
