Witness Testimony

"It was a rainy day with clouds in the sky. I came from outside and when gazed outside my 8th floor apartment's window i noticed a small black object( disc shaped) going from south to north direction. It was some unusual object and not the usual flight/balloon.I tried to capture the video using my phone but in the moment of hurry and excitement, it was not possible and in the attached file one can see a glimpse of the object at 19 to 21 second. "
