"i saw a white light in the clouds at 3am in the morning , creating a sunrise effect that eluminated the whole valley, then i saw a red circle about 4 city blocks long going on and off for about two hours, jumping from one side of the road to the next and always out of reach, at this point i had missing time and hours went by , then i came to rockriver and the craft was over the small town, a bright white light came at me and shot past my passanger side window."
