"Flashing color-changing lights. Moved erratically. Directly North over Lake Superior. We watched it for over an hour, then got too spooked and went inside.It was silent and changed directs in a very odd manner. Left right up down and diagonally, while also sitting still for periods of time. It went blue, green red and yellow, all erratically. Look to be about the size of a large star (or similar in size to the planet Venus this time of year)It moved in such strange ways. Then over to the left of it a bright flash, like a star exploding. I was looking right at the bright flash and it was so bright and fast it made me blink. My husband was looking at directly to the right of it, at the odd changing colors/,moving object and he saw the flash to the side as well. "
