Witness Testimony
"I walked out to start my vehicle to warm up and I noticed a circle object in the northwest sky displaying multi colors at the time it was stationary and after a few minutes it traveled from the northwest to south east very fast and doing very sharp turns unlike any aircraft I ever seen and the way it traveled to the sky I dont think any aircraft can by man can achieve this movement , also there was no sound at all from the circle. The object was stationary in the southeast sky close to the Wyoming Army National Guard Training Base South Range Area. The object then shot across the sky rite over the town of Guernsey and was now in the west it remained there for a few min. and then it shot toward the northeast near the town of Hartville and It was out of low on the horizon my sight due to the foothils. My feelings were I never seen anything like this before and I noticed a driver of a semi truck was stopped on our street observing the object. "
