"Maybe it was a weather balloon.this one was very far away and high a little lower than where commericial planes cruise, but for the size of the thing it had to of been moving like 1000 mph. maybe it was a weather balloon. it was a small black circle from where I was. maybe 15-20 ft circumference and it had a tail that was squigally.((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate.
