Witness Testimony

"Location: Vienna, Austria over Josefsplatz, Date: 27/09/2013 (9/27/2013), Time: approx. 21:25-22:45 Looking out the north-facing windows of a building (the observable sky being only a small area over a courtyard).Six individuals witnessed the lights. First one cluster of lights appeared from the north, traveling in a south/southeast direction, and was followed by 4 more clusters (5 in all). They moved slowly and in a straight line. There were virtually no clouds. The lights were observed until they disappeared over the top of our building, directly overhead. They took approx. 2-3 minutes to pass over. Several minutes later, clouds had started to drift in and a large beam of light appeared, directly perpendicular to the direction the lights had been traveling, reflecting off the clouds. The beam (possible a searchlight?) remained for approx. 10 minutes."
