"My cousin was at a party, but the only reason I am reporting is because I know he does not use any kind of drugs and because he has it on tape. I saw it this morning, when he e-mailed me the photo and the video. Everyone was going outside to see it, the big red ball of light, that suddenly stopped in midair and took off at amazingly high speed going who knows where. Its been sometime since something is recorded in Brazil, so I thought it was worth the share."
