Witness Testimony

"I noticed it over my sisters house at first, a commercial jet flew under it. Jets normally fly at or above the 30,000 foot level. It is blue and flashes on and off.I pointed it out to my wife at first, she was stumped by what it was. I have a Private Pilots license and a retired engineer. It is only seen at night, every single day still. It varies a few degrees up or down within a fixed location.It appears to move, but in reality, it is the planet rotating. It goes from east to west every night and can be seen in clear weather.Because of the flashing effect,it is difficult to gauge it size or distance.I check it every night and it is a constant thus far.It is not incoming due to the fact,it does not change size or brightness.I have a cheap telescope, with weak optics and could not pin it down. If I had a Celestron, it would be a snap.Personally, I haven't the foggiest idea of what it is. My wife,daughter and son in law witnessed it. As a matter of fact you can watch it yourself anytime, so far. I will call it "Old Faithful".I live in a rural area and my house is located on treeless grounds. The best vantage point is on my deck. "
