Witness Testimony

"Comming from the pub, I looked up and saw an object hovering over the Petrov cathedral. It was shapely ascending and descending. Later, the object moved east very fast, stopping on the spot. We went home then. I looked out of the window and I could still see the object, so i started recording it on my tablet. The rest is seen on the video. The object descended in the eastern horizon. I was a little bit scared and surprised from the event."
