Witness Testimony

"I had gone into my back yard with my dogs & after a few minutes I observed a perfectly round ball with internal multiple lights, traveling from the North to the East. There was no sound. I have witnesses ball lightning once and was I certain what I was seeing was not the same. The only similar characteristic of the object to ball lighting was the appearance of energy that was contained inside. My eyes followed it for approximately 15 seconds until it traveled easterly out of sight. I remained outdoors, entertaining my thoughts on this object and approximately 15 minutes later, another or the same object appeared again from the same direction following close to the same path. At this point, I decided to report the sighting to the local police, for the record, and also hoping that others reported it too. "
