Witness Testimony
" Bright "Star-Shaped" object, possibly out of the Atmosphere, that could move up, down and sideways, and Fade in and Out on BI was Duck Hunting about 13.2 Miles S.E. of Lake Charles, La./Cameron Parish... Saw a Light in the Sky that looked like any other Star up there, but it was moving West to East, coming my way... It was way up there, High in the Atmosphere or possibly Outside of the Atmosphere, same size as any Star... At about a 60 Degree angle this thing slowed down and began moving irradically, almost like Fly that is walking on a Window Pane... At one point in time it dimmed down to where you couldn't even see it, but I kept my Eyes on that same place in the sky, and it finally Brightened up and began moving again… Moving a little forward, then a little to the Left, and a little to the Right, and then maybe Stopping again??? And it wasn't a Helicopter, because as I said, this thing was at the Very edge of the Atmosphere , or "out in space"! It would move Forward, then Stop... Move to the Left and then to the Right, go Up and then Down or Forward, and then Brighten up and Dim down... Very weird and Irradic behavior... I watched it for about 7 to 10 Minutes, and it was about Shooting Time for Ducks, so I took my Eyes off of it to watch for Ducks, and when I tried to find it again in the Sky, I couldn't see it anymore... * This thing was NOT an Airplane !... It could move any Direction (Up, Down, and Sideways)... If a Helicopter or Hover-Craft could fly outside the Atmosphere, and had a Bright White Light on it, that's what it would look like... "Like a STAR that could Fly"... I've been Duck Hunting for over 50 Years, and I've always watched the Heavens, thinking I'd see something up there that I couldn't Explain one day, and it has Happened !!! I've never seen anything like that it in my Life ! "
