Witness Testimony

" brighter light going out from another light.it's around 4 or 5 am, around 2 days ago.it looks like 3 - 4 hours after the hard rain and i going out to garage just to check little flood in front of my house.and it's my nature to seeing sky if there's no cloud and enjoying starlight.I see a blue light going out from another light which less bright than other, the distance approximately like i see normal star from my house.the brighter light not fast, like a plane, yet it's fly with no sound,and the move is like it's doubt, little unstable in its way and not in constant speed ) i waving to it, just to make a joke, and amaze because it seems like make a little stop.i'm going to upper floor but i just see a plane that i certain it's not what i see.(my house aren't far from a little airport which used by air forces) the light i see doesn't have a signal lamp like planes which usually fly at night.i really certain what i see is different. and now i don't know what is the light i see is really a star.and the other light is appear like normal stars is the one i often see as a star, the same star that stay on the right of red star which oppose the crescent moon when i see that light.
