"I was at a public park with my kids. One of my kids noticed a ring like halo around the sun. He said hey dad there's a rainbow around the sun. I looked up and shielded my eyes the from the bright noon day sun but could clearly see the rainbow halo that my son saw. I started taking pictures of it with my cell phone. I took several in a row. I viewed them after taking them to make sure they came out ok. That's when I noticed a disc like object in some of them. I looked at all of them and saw that the object moved around within the halo area. It had to move very quickly because I took the photos in quick succession."
