SIGHTING: GOSFORD, NEW SOUTH WALES (AUSTRALIA)

Witness Testimony

"I stepped outside to see if I could see the Full Moon. It was cloudy and I could not see the Moon as it was behind Cloud cover. I looked toward the North and saw 5 objects weaving in a line from North West to South and ran inside to get my camera. I thought I was videoing the objects, but I was not. I only captured one photo of 2 of the objects after 3 dissappearedThe sighting lasted approx. 2 minutes with 2 other family members seeing them as well as myself.These objects were completely silent.The wind at the time after checking a weather site was North to South at about 10 knots.temperature was estimated at 16-18 degrees celcius.I would say the size of the objects from my viewpoint were about 1/7th to 1/5th the size of the Full Moon.Mars and Saturn were visible between the clouds as well bu they were more to the North . Being an Amateur Astrnomer, I can say that these were not Planets and were not helicopters as we sometimes have flying over here.I have seen many Satellites as well in my 40 years opf observing the Stars and these were not Satellites either. Satellites are smaller, white and move in straight lines, and hese were moving in a "weaving pattern " one behind the other.I also reported this to the AUFORN web-site and their Hot Line, without a reply.I wanted to know if anyone else saw anything that night at that same time, but I have had no reply from them at all.If you want me to email a full size image ( original ) let me know via my email and I will see if I can email a larger photo that may enalrge better then these attachments.best regards.[Name removed/cms/tg]"
