Witness Testimony

"It was end of May early June. Came home from work at 7pm. Went to the back of my house to get my water hose. I looked up and saw a shiny chrome oval / tube shape object hovering in the sky towards direction of paper mill crane. Shiny chrome like the silver bullet trailers when sun shines on them or a mirror. It wasn't at the same height as the crane. It was higher up in the sky. I watched it for about 4 minutes just hovering in a distance. I then proceeded to the front of the house with my hose as I figured it was probably a plane flying towards me As i got to the front of the house within a matter of seconds, I told my wife what I saw and to go on the deck and see if she sees something in the sky towards arena and crane. She said no. I walked back and it was no where to be seen. I ran back to front of house, nothing there. So a matter of seconds, it was gone. There is no way that this was a plane. I see planes, jets flying by in a distance and you can keep track of them for great amount of time before they disappear. This was gone within walking the 30 ft width of my house. This is the first of a sighting like this for me. I have seen strange lights in the sky when on the job at night and strange fire like ball, but have never reported these sightings."
