Witness Testimony

"on or about april 7 at 1100 pm my lights dimmed very low then came back up 3 times then went out for good so we finally went to sleep ive never seen the power go out like that usually juct goes out. the next morning visited my friend rob who lives on the main highway [rt66] I asked him about the power going out because his dad is the retired firechief he told me when the lights went out he noticed light from a fire about a half mile away he got into his car and went to check it out when he got to the fire a az highway patrol officer was on scene my friend said the cop was standing there with his mouth open there was a perfect swath of fire about 10 to 20 feet wide about 80 ft long with straight edges the fire department came and put the fire out . now heres what seems odd to me, right over where the road of fire started was where the power lines were snapped directly under the power lines is a fence that was not harmed in any way seems to me some thing came in from the east to west snapped the lines and made the fire my friend told me when his dad called his old fire station the fireman on the other end didn't really want to talk about it and tried to tell him he had another call when he pressed him the fireman just said we don't know what broke the lines and hung up when I went and looke at the area in question I was there 30 min when I got home I became dizzy and sickfor an hour or so I would be glad to answer any questions you have I can be reached by phone.
