"Was in a park with a friend when we saw a white-bluish light in the sky. It had a round form but the contours weren't that visible. There were no stars nor a moon to see cause it was cloudy outside. It was around 7-8pm. It wasn't moving, the light was just fluctuating, it got brighter and then hardly visible... that happened a few times. Later it wasn't visible anymore. "
