"When this was happening I was just off from my physics classes and just thoroughly noticed a flame with a higher speed like of a helicopter Apache forwarding in direction of Meerut city . firstly thought it of air balloon that we used to release on the occasion of Diwali but its speed was not in accordance to it. Other than me my 2 friends also noticed the same at same time in another part of the city . and I recently got to know it from other people also."
