Witness Testimony

"I was hiking in near mountains around 8 o'clock in the morning when my head specially my ears, started to hurt with such intense pain then I saw a Big ball of light, around 0.5 meters from the ground. I can not tell the size, because it look like it was changing. I was all in panic. Light was in white color, and I felt cold wind maybe it was my fear, I look at it (I assume) for 3 min, after what I ran, but I think it fallowed me. I went home I took knifes, but I felt unconscious. My cell phone is not working. I am scared, tell me what to do??? How can I protect my self? I lost track of time, whole day I am searching tne net for help.... pls help"
