Witness Testimony

"1. Where were you and what were you doing at the time?I returned from a move late night and was in my balcony as i was not getting sleep. It was about 4- 4:10 AM2. What made you first notice the object?I was looking at th sky whether is it going to rain, then I noticed that something was seeming to be hovering around.3. What did you think the object was when you first noticed it?Initially thought that it may be some dark rainy cloud. But when it started flashing lights i got confused.4. Describe the object and its actions and motions in detail.It started few flashes.. and zipped towards my building and canged direction towards South west and flew away. It took only seconds for it to do it.5. Describe your feelings, reactions and actions, during and after sighting the object.When i came towards my building i got scared and confused. when it flew back i ran iside to grab my cell phone camera. But it never came back. I waited for more than an hour scanning the skies.6. How did you lose sight of the object?It flew away to the south west. and i reside in first floor, and there are taller buildings on the south west side."
