Witness Testimony

" There was a really big party in town with a lot of people and music.One man was staring at the sky and tried to take pictures of what he saw.I looked too and I saw a bunch of lights high in the sky but under the tiny clouds.There were about 50 little lights in a formation like an old kite: a diamond and a tail. The object(s) was moving slowly over the Porto bridge to the east.The lights were flashing alternatively.It could have been an attraction for the event taking place in Porto ... something like a giant kite attached to a plane ... but there was no plane to be seen or heard ... "
