Witness Testimony

"They looked 40, 50, 60 miles away from town, hovering low close to the horizon. They shined really bright orange and stayed at one spot. They never went up, down, or to the side. One of them split into two and rotated a little bit, and stood close to each other. There were like 3 or 4 of them total, and lasted about 2 minutes. They were off for about 5 minutes and then came back on. They would come on one at a time at a coordinated fashion. They went off shortly after and then came back on a while later."
