Witness Testimony

"i was leaving the McDonalds in Jefferson City Mo. (highway 54 at southwest/ellis) at 1806 on Jan 26th 2015. I put the Food(went in the get the food) in my truck and noticed a bright white light straight in front of me as i looked out over Highway 54. At first i thought it might be the international space station, but it was too low in the sky. The sun was just barely visible above the horizon to the west and Venus(above the Setting Sun) was the ONLY other cellestial object in the sky other than the top tip of the sun.I was frozen in place wondering what this could be, it was as bright as the new HD lights shining in my eyes. It was a Bright ORB starlike object hovering at about 15-20 degrees up from where i was standing/viewing. The Center Orb was flashing red, blue, green, yellow and White light at a strobe like speed. Out of the center orb there were 3 rays that came out of it, one up to the right, and one to the Lower Left(the 2 formed a straight line of Light. Then there was a third ray of light that went up towards the upper left. The rays were bright white lightIt just hovered there for the 10 minutes i watched it, i was trying to figure out if it could be a satelite, international space station or star, but it was too low. Then i thought about a drone, sky lantern or flare but it never moved. I thought about a plane with landing lights coming towards me but it never moved. After the 10 minutes i left to get home and feed my family but i followed it as i drove and could see the object hovering out my drivers window. I lost the object after i went under the Highway 179 overpass. When i got home i looked for the object again, but the sky was full of stars and crystal clear at that point and i could not see the Object.No others around me going in and out of McDonalds seemed to see it.i am still stunned and thinking about what it could be."
