"I was on COB Speicher, Tikrit Iraq sitting outside. In an instant I observed a straight line of lights, evenly spaced, flashed 2 times at the same time. Like they were Christmas lights being switched on and off. They seemed to arc the curvature of the earth like a line of lights wrapped around a ball."
