Witness Testimony

"I am sorry but I don't have date and year of actual sighting May 1996 is a ballpark guess. After a long day of shooting prairie dogs about 10-20 miles west of Mobridge SD my best friend and our two sons were heading back to town for the night. It was roughly around 10pm and it was very dark out. we were the only ones on the road. A very bright light appears in the rearview mirror of my car that I am driving. I started to rant and rave about how this ass has his high beams on and is flying up on us like crazy. It was approaching so fast that I feared we were gong to be rear ended. dropping my speed from around 70mph to around 30 and almost in the ditch to make room for the ass going so fast, it became apparent it wasn't a car. It was above the road. It was so bright it lit up the area around it for 300yrds? It flew over the car lighting the inside like daytime. We could not tell how high it was for the brightness was to great. A guess would be 500ft but that's a guess because we cant really tell the size of it bigger than the car. I thought right away of a military helicopter and the jerks inside laughing there asses off. We both watched as it went by for some sight of being a machine. We both had spent time in the Army so have seen them and know how we would have done something like that to screw around. there was no sound no wave of air no effect on the car. It was just big bright light like a meteor. Like the recent youtube shots in Russia. So we hope to see it bounce but never did just went over the horizon into nowhere? "
