"there was a row directly above the water and I was driving home when I noticed to my right and down below at water level this red orb and I thought it was a directional light for a boat or the report or starboard like which of course it wasn't I thought it was sort of funny because it was moving so fast and then it accelerated to an unbelievable speed came off the water Rose quite high and went off and on northwesterly direction"
