Witness Testimony

"I was having dinner with my wife and my mother in law outside, in our backyard. Sun was gone since a while. First summer stars were observed. We did see the summer triangle (Vega, Deneb, Altair). There was some fireworks not far from our home. After seeing some, a strange light came from the east. We taught that it was a fire ball from one of the fireworks. It was not. It stop his descent then continue from east to west always at the same altitude. From our point of view, it change is direction to south, in the middle of its way. Then, it change again going to eat during 15-30 seconds before changing again to south. It never seem to incline in any way like a plane or a copter.it made no sound. We hearded the neighbors looking at the same thing. It was not a Perseid. The only thing a thought was maybe a drone.but not a cheap one : no sound, always parallel, this very strange light... I tried to take my binoculars for stargazing. Then I lose it. "
