Witness Testimony
"Was outside around 10:45 at night and seen a lighted diamond shape object flying very fast across the sky. At first it appeared large but when it stopped in mid air the lights got dimmer and it got smaller and smaller until it disappeared. It didn't make any noise. By the time I got my phone to take a video the object appeared smaller but was moving up and down. I have never seen anything like this before."
