Witness Testimony

"I first witnessed a single bright light hovering in place. It had lights flashing in a linear pattern. The lights were red, green, blue, and white. It hovered for 5 minutes then began to dim out. As it started to dim out a second brightly lit craft came into view and then the first one became extremely bright again. The two bright crafts hovered there for about a minute before the second one started moving up and to the southeast before abruptly changing direction and quickly flying to the west before disappearing.As the craft disappeared the original craft began to dim again. After it dimmed another craft became visible. When the newly visible craft got to the altitude of the original craft it brightened back up. They hovered there together for about a minute until the newly visible craft took off in the same flight pattern as the previous craft. After the previous craft disappeared another craft appeared and the two crafts that were visible began hovering together and then they would move up and down at the same time. One took off in the same path as the previous two and as that one disappeared the final one took off in the same path and faded out. There were four crafts in total. The picture only shows two but no more than two were visible at a time. While all of it was going on they crafts were completely quiet. "
