Witness Testimony

" Two very bright orbs stationary on horizon west of Lakewood Washington.Witnessed two bright objects due West of Lakewood. Approximately 10-15° off the horizon. They are stationary and do not appear to have moved in 40 minutes. We have never seen these bright lights in that area before. They do not appear to be stars. They are white with a faint green halo when viewed through spotter scope. I am retired military special forces. Very observant of my surroundings. These objects are very unusual. At 22:58 the brightest of the two lights has disappeared and the other light is fading. At 23:00 the second light disappeared. "
