"I was walking with my colleague when I noticed a black kite-shaped object hovering on the city (8:30 AM). At first I thought it was a helicopter, but then I heard no sound from the vehicle. This object fluttered all the time, turning on itself. I was surprised at what I saw, because I realized the object couldn't be a helicopter. I took a picture of it in time, after I arrived at my office, because it could be seen through the window. I wanted to take a video with a professional video camera in order to obtain better images, but the object had gone."
